A team of exceptional individuals.

We do extraordinary work at Restorative. So we need an extraordinary team. From all walks of life and backgrounds, we have an outstanding company of professionally qualified, driven individuals who work together every day to positively affect the lives of the children and young people they look after.

Want to see how far you can go in a career working for Restorative, including how much you could earn? Check out our career roadmaps to see how we get you on your journey to success.

The work we do isn’t easy; so we support and develop every single member of our team. And we’re a Living Wage employer, accredited by the Living Wage Foundation, paying qualified staff above the outside-London rate. If you’re the right person for us at Restorative, you don’t need to come with qualifications, you just need to have the ambition to make a difference and complete a simple, written test. That’s why we have a refer-a-friend recruitment scheme, because we value the personal qualities it takes to do the job.

We’ll help you gain the qualifications the industry expects, advance your career and go as far as you can in this extremely rewarding and satisfying job. We’ll celebrate your achievements large and small, for the difference they make to the young people we care for, and the difference they make to you.

Staff Development

Training and development is extensive at Restorative. We progress team members through an extensive, structured programme of professional development, support and supervision. Starting with mandatory training courses to cover all statutory areas of children’s care and support work, you’ll work towards a Level 4 qualification.

Our qualified inhouse trainers, along with specialist training providers progress all team members within the first six months of employment, with senior staff expected to also work towards a management qualification. Through a personal development plan, we’ll help you to achieve success and get ahead in a dynamic, successful career in children’s and young people’s social care.
